Company History

 

Ames MyFile Systems (AMFS, Inc.) was launched from Ames Safety Envelope Company, a leader in healthcare information management focusing on medical records documentation for healthcare facilities for over 85 years. Ames is a Massachusetts based company, where the manufacturing facility is located, with over 300 employees and sales offices throughout the U.S.  Ames premier product is Color-File, the color-coded medical records folders that are used in hospitals and clinics across the country.  This past year alone, Ames produced over 50 million Color-File folders.
